    SEC / TREASURER
    PROJECT RESEARCHER:         MICHAEL LONUZZI

    • Evaluate Architectural Plans, Specifications and other project instruments. Responsible for all new projects take-offs, cost estimating, value engineering and bidding strategies.
    • Responsible for coordination and implementation of industry trends and personnel continuing education.
    • Coordinates between the Construction, Development and Property Management Divisions

    EXPERIENCE

    • Co-Owner and operator of a Real Estate Development and Construction Management Company (Cheever Dev. Corp.)
    • More than 28 years of field and management experience in the residential, commercial and industrial projects.

    PROJECT EXECUTIVE:           CLEMENT O. EZEH

    • Responsible to implement guidelines set forth by the President through development, tracking and supervision of subcontractors and office personnel.
    • Oversees the construction planning, scheduling and management of new projects.
    • Monitor subcontractor’s productivity, award contracts and ensure contract compliance to Federal, State and Municipal Agencies.
    • Manage the overall daily affairs of the office, develop contracts, ensure adherence to scheduled dates of project completion.
    • Coordinates between the Construction, Development and Property Management Divisions.

    EXPERIENCE

    • More than 18 years of Construction Management experience in project estimating, bidding, scheduling, contract sourcing, finance, personnel management and material / equipment procurement.
    • Prior to joining Cheever Development Corporation, Mr. Ezeh worked with the Grad Partnership (New Jersey – Architecture), The Wilalm Group (New Jersey – Real Estate) and the NYC Housing Preservation and Development (Construction Management).
    • New Jersey Institute of Technology – B. Arch.
    • New York University – Diploma, Real Estate Institute.

     

    DIRECTOR      
    ADMINISTRATION:                  ANGELA LENA GAROFALO

    • Oversees the property management department.
    • Responsible to implement office requirements through active communication with the Project Executive and the President to implement the policies and goals of the company.
    • Responsible to review monthly receipts and disbursements to all subcontractors and vendors.
    • Responsible for payroll, Equal Opportunity Programs, labor relations, inventory control, clerical issues and coordinates internal / external functions for the Project Executive through the supervision of five administrative staff.

    • More than 20 years experience working with Cheever Development Corporation.
    • Formerly employed with Fidelity International Bank of New York.

    ASSIST. DIRECTOR
    CONSTRUCTION:                     RENIS RABBI

    • Responsible for overall supervision of the General and job Superintendents.
    • Implements all subcontracting agreements with vendors and subcontractors and monitors subcontractors productivity, payments and adherence to all Federal, State, Municipal and local building regulations.
    • Implements all subcontracting agreements with vendors and subcontractors
    • Provide technical assistance to field personnel through weekly staff meetings.
    • Responsible for adherence to Safety regulations on all projects.
    • Chief liaison between Cheever, tenants and homeowners, ensuring quality control.

                                                   
                                                    EXPERIENCE

    • Mr. Rabbi has more than 18 years field experience in the construction industry.
    • Bachelor of Arts – New Paltz College, New York.
    • Certified Site Safety Manager by NYC Department of Buildings.

    PROJECT MANAGER:              GERARD SCARPATI

    • Coordinates field activities in conformance with contract instruments, ensuring adherence to program goals.
    • Actively involved in predevelopment and design reviews with the Project Executive, Architecture and Engineering Consultants.

     
                                                    EXPERIENCE

    • Candidate for Bachelor of Business Administration, Tobin School of Business at St. John’s University, Brooklyn, New York.

    PROJECT MANAGER:            VINCENT BARBUTO

    • Coordinates field activities in conformance with contract instruments, ensuring adherence to program goals.
    • Actively involve in predevelopment and design reviews with the Project Executive, Architecture and Engineering Consultants.

     
                                                    EXPERIENCE

    • More than 15 years experience in the Real Estate Development and Management.
    • Associates Degree in Finance from Pace University, New York.
    • NYC Fire Department Certified Deputy Fire Safety Director.

    ASST. DIRECTOR,
    ADMINISTRATION:                  MARCIA A. GALICIA-HOSKINS

    • Responsible for monitoring budgets of individual projects and the overall company.
    • Prepares monthly Requisition invoicing and monitor same through payment.
    • Maintains the automated Information Technology system (IT) to ensure efficient coordination between the central office and field offices.
    • Prepares subcontracting Agreements for all projects.
    • Coordinates with the property management department.

                                                   
    EXPERIENCE

    • Ms. Hoskins has more than 19 years administrative, prior Six years in Supervisory capacity.
    • Prior to joining Cheever Development Corporation, Ms. Hoskins worked as a Supervisor with Bank of America, Trust Company.
    •  A.A.S Degree, Kingsborough Community College

    ADMINISTRATOR:                   MARGUERITE WOSKOSKA

    • Works as a liaison between the Owners, Project Managers, Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure efficient coordination and integration of planned activities.
    • Monitor status of all preconstruction submittals.
    • Monitor and maintain the central filing system for all projects.
    • Maintains all Purchase Orders and monitor delivery dates of construction materials and equipment.

                                                    EXPERIENCE

    • Ms. Woskoska has more than 14 years of administrative experience in the construction industry.

    GENERAL SUPER:                          CHRIS PAWELEC

    • Oversees Superintendents, Foremen and Craftsmen on all construction sites on a daily basis.
    • Manage Subcontractors field activities in the areas of scheduling, coordination, job meetings and implementation.
    • Monitors progress schedules and Requisitions of all jobs.
    • Ensures adherence to contract instruments and OSHA Safety Regulations.
    • Mr. Pawelec has more than 20 years construction experience, the last 12 in supervisory capacity.

    GENERAL SUPER:                          ASHTON BESSE

    • Oversees Superintendents, Foremen and Craftsmen on all construction sites on a daily basis.
    • Manage Subcontractors field activities in the areas of scheduling, coordination, job meetings and implementation.
