Construction of New affordable housing apartments comprising of 140 units of One bedroom apartments and renovation of another existing building comprising of 57 units One bedroom apartments. The entire project consisting of the two major buildings will be 197 apartments and 183,000 GSF. The project is funded via Low Income Housing Tax Credit, NYC HPD and US Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The building structure comprises of Pre-cast Hollow Core Concrete planks Floors, Masonry bearing wall and interior drywall partitions etc. Interior Community spaces, roof terraces and extensive outdoor playground areas and parking amenities.
