New construction of 71,000 sq. ft., 69 Condo Units with Ground floor retail spaces and finished Cellar, 14 stories high. The building structure comprises of steel frame with metal deck floors and cast in place concrete floors. Exterior walls comprise of heavy gauge metal studs with exterior grade sheathing and finished with brick veneer.
