EXPERIENCE + EDUCATION

  • More than 29 years of Construction Management experience in project estimating, bidding, scheduling, contract sourcing, finance, personnel management and material / equipment procurement. The last 27 years with Cheever in various capacities.
  • Prior to joining Cheever Development Corporation, Mr. Ezeh worked with the Grad Partnership (New Jersey – Architecture), The Wilalm Group (New Jersey – Real Estate) and the NYC Housing Preservation and Development (Construction Management).

RENIS RABBI

  • Responsible for overall supervision of the General and job Superintendents.
  • Implements all subcontracting agreements with vendors and subcontractors and monitors subcontractors productivity, payments and adherence to all Federal, State, Municipal and local building regulations.
  • Provides technical assistance to field personnel through weekly staff meetings.
  • Responsible for adherence to Safety regulations and training on all projects.
  • Chief liaison between Cheever, tenants and homeowners, ensuring quality control and post completion issues.

  • Mr. Rabbi has more than 34 years field experience in the construction industry.

MATTHEW HEIMAN

  • Delegated Project Manager with active supervision of Assistant Project Managers, Field Superintendent, Foremen, Subcontractors and Vendors.

  • Actively involved in predevelopment, design reviews, buyouts and project administration with the Project Executive, Architecture and Engineering Consultants.

EXPERIENCE + EDUCATION

  • Matthew Heiman brings 22 years management and estimating experience in the New York metropolitan area Residential, Hotels, Health-care, Aviation, infrastructure and Commercial construction. An experienced MEP coordinator and skilled communicator with many public and private agencies; Mathew hits the ground running offering value added management style with his experience from Value engineering, cost overruns preventative means and methods and project buyout. Mathew is well versed in Owner, Consultants and trade coordination.

  • B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina.

  • Prior to joining Cheever Development, Aditya Verma (VA) had worked as Assistant Project Manager with the firm of New York Concrete Corporation, where he coordinated and managed various activities at Hudson Yards - Tower B and D, Riverside Buildings 3 and 4 in New York, New York. AV had prior experience as Site Supervisor/Planning Engineer with the firm of Sabve Rohini Construction Pvt. Limited and Larsen & Taubro Pvt. Limited respectively in India.

He also had prior experience as a Site Engineer Intern with Hetali Enterprises Builders and Developers respectively in India.

  • Mr. Fiore joined a subsidiary of Cheever in 1985 as Carpenter, later promoted to Carpenter Foreman and now Superintendent. He holds OSHA superior OSHA safety and New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) certification in Historic Landmark Sites Restoration.
  • Oversees Foremen, Craftsmen on construction sites on a daily basis.
  • Manage Subcontractors field activities as directed by the General Superintendent.
  • Monitors progress schedules and punch-list teams.
